About a year ago when there was another glitch, Mothercare cancelled my order due to the items being 'out of stock'. However, when the items came back into stock a short time after they agreed if I ordered them again they would honour the price when I originally ordered them. Credit to Mothercare for this; in a similar situation with Marks & Spencer they cancelled my order on one of their Offers of the Day and refused to honour the price a few days later.

I got a dispatch email for the 2 rockets last night. I checked the tracking and they are out for delivery.

Can anyone please find the rose cottages on the mothercare website? Customer services claim they are back in stock but i can't find them? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I cant see the cottage on m'care website at all!!!

When i go to track order on m'care website its still saying 2 of 2 dispatched then 1 of 2 dispatched waiting for 2 rockets and funfair! Should i just give up?

did manage to get the moonhouse and dino set from elc on bogof so i guess i cant complain well done to those who got this deal though:T

i got my item even though they had refunded it! Will check my card and see if the refund shows up and then contact them if it does.

I had my rose cottage cancelled, then I saw it back in stock on website on Wednesday.
I phoned customer service, she checked stock in warehouse and said it was showing minus stock?? So there definitely wasn't any.
It disappeared off the website shortly after.

Another of the items that I had cancelled (the fairy storage box) was back on site so she reinstated the order and it came yesterday.
So if it does show up might be worth calling.
