I've had a call to say my order is in store and I'm presuming this is the outdoor toys one. The same store haven't phoned to say the Rocket is in but then again, I'm not in a rush to go down as I don't get on with the daytime staff so the Rocket is probably there but they haven't phoned.

For those of you who have had orders cancelled, it's worth giving them a call (on 01923 240 365) and letting them know you are in no rush for the orders and as you had such a fantastic price on them you would rather have the order reinstated and await stock. I have just done this with one of my orders and the lady was really nice.

Please try, as providing you can wait for stock, it is well worth it.

Arghhhhhhhhhh just went to collect my orders and only the outdoor toy order was there. Showed the girl the email for the dispatch of the rocket and she was baffled. They had the rocket in store so they're holding one over and if I call down tomorrow afternoon and the package hasn't arrived at store the girl will chase it and if needs be let me take the one from the store. Result! Shame they don't have the playaway set (blue box if memory serves) so will find out tomorrow what's happening.

Placed three orders, two delivered to store(already collected) and the other home delivery.
Just checked on line and my home delivery was despatched today(was half expecting it to be cancelled).

Worth a look in your local ELC as some are closing down. Everything half price in those that are, and I got some Happyland Christmas wrap which was £3 for 10p per roll as it was unwrapped(Thank you lovely manager in ELC!!!!!)

I had one of my items refunded and I've just had a dispatch email!

My rocket had dispatched but has gone AWOL. MC phoned CS today and it left their warehouse so seem sthe courier has lost the package. All is not lost though as the store has the rocket and another item at the same price as my second item that they will let me take instead.
