3.1% Easy Access Account - Coventry Poppy Online Saver

yes, it looks very much like a reply to the Derbyshire account. But remember the Derbyshire is unlimited withdrawals against the Coventry of only 4 free per year, and interest withdrawal counts as one of these.
So the extra 0.04% or net 0.032% is an extra 32 PENCE in every THOUSAND pounds... unlimited withdrawal wins in my book unless it's for your "stash and forget" nest egg. (I have both accounts for spreading around compensation limits

But you dont need to lose the interest (which is only 50 days anyway, or less than 1/7th), if youve made 3 withdrawals, and you need more, just close the a/c. 5then go to Derbyshire, or whatever.0

Yes, but if youve Already got the Cov a/c!0

According to emoneyfacts the Coventry poppy on-line saver (3.15% AER) account is being withdrawn on 1/9/2011 (Thursday).
So it is the last chance to get some TLC and open this account before time is called.
Easy come easy go (note for the pedants not instant come instant go)I came, I saw, I melted0 -
Still operational, unless they mean this is the last day.

Does anyone know what options you have for monthly interest, e.g. interest paid to a different bank account, or does it pay into the same account?
I am referring to the Poppy Online Saver (2)0
