BT Broadband: Over The Limit...?

I have BT Broadband Option 1 with a 10mb usage limit per month. My bill has arrived and it tells me that in April I went over the limit by 20MB and by 5MB in May. I've just checked and I'm 5MB over for June, too. My problem is that I cannot see how I have used that much? I've never gone over the limit before and I haven't…
