loaded Kies on pc , updated to 2.2 via kies software, all synched , tested tethering.

Happy bunny... OK back to carrying 2 phones, but much cheaper than upgrading my iphone/o2 contract .(old iphone broke) .. instead dropped it to minumum ( can't port away as got some legacy bolt ons that are valuable to me)

I've called them and asked for the LG instead of waiting for the apollo. I asked if there was anything else but she said just the vivaz.

Same here! Looking forward to it coming tomorrow. Mentioned that quidco had not tracked for me and he said that the system is showing my order as a quidco deal so I should get the cashback. I'm guessing I will have to wait 3 days then raise a query with quidco.

Well, what a performance i am currently having with my order(s)!!
i placed 2 orders online via quidco on friday, one of them tracked and i got confirmation via email after the credit check, however, the other one did not, and i got an email asking for me to get in touch with t mobile as the bank had rejected the credit check on the second account.
I called t mobile and was told that it was because i had made 2 orders and they had tried to take the £2 credit check money from my bank account twice and the bank had declined the second attempt.
Anyways, to cut a long story short, i spoke to customer services who put the order through manually via quidco, i still havent received confirmation from quidco and nor has it tracked into my account.
i have registered both phones online on t mobile site and viewed my bill , which stated that my bill was for £27.xx!!
so, i called t mobile who said it was by accident that the £5 quidco offer hadnt been applied and i had also been charged for delivery of both phones, plus i had no free internet on one of the handsets either.
They have now rectified this problem and assure me that both phones have been ordered via quidco and that both should be tracked into my quidco account, but i only have one tracked.
Does anyone have a number for quidco please?
I have tried to solve the problem online, but my answer keeps coming back saying that i have no orders from t moblie via quidco when there is one of them already tracked.
    TIA

No I didn't realise that you needed to do that.:( I definitely clicked through from Quidco though and have got the £5 discount for the first 12 months which was a Quidco exclusive deal.

Has anyone had any success at getting their cashback when it didn't initially track. The deal is still good without the cashback but I will be gutted if I don't get it. :(

Off to learn how to clear cache and cookies ready for the next time;)

Like many people I guess I'm trying to work out whether I should wait (perhaps indefinitely!) for the Samsung Galaxy Apollo or switch to the LG Optimus. (Hopefully offered Optimus One Navigation, not LG Optimus Me!)

Thought these videos were useful - Samsung Apollo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3UUYYoqLAuQ
    LG Optimus One - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XkHePC2xpig

Makes me feel more comfortable with choosing the LG. Don't want to wait to be told the offer is cancelled in case I miss out on this great deal.

I asked and it was definitely the Optimus One Navigation. I would ring sooner rather than later though. He thought the LG might be low stock and they don't know when the Samsung will come in but it will be the end of next week at the earliest. HTH

Ive received my Apollo today. I am thrilled to bits with it! Thanks for this OP, I'd have missed out if it weren't for this thread. Just need t-mobile to remove the content lock now so I can use the android marketplace properly!
