Virgin contract

Hi Guys,

Please could you see if you can help me out with this?

I rang V/M 2 weeks ago to cancel our package in order to try and get some sort of offer.

They said to me that I couldn’t cancel as I am in a 12 month contract.
Apparently this was sent to me last year when my wife rang to cancel and they offered her a better deal. We have never received any contract,
As I/We have never signed anything and not seen any form of contract where do we stand?

I have asked for a copy of the contract which I was told would be with me within 5 working days. Still we have not recieved anything.

Is there anything I can do?
