I went for the breakfast roll while out shopping today. I joined the queue at 10:55 when I got to the front it was 11:02. The woman behind the counter was very rude and refused to serve me the breakfast roll as I was 2 minutes late. Was not at all impressed at all.0

Well I was allowed a rasher of bacon and a sausage, half of which dd dropped on the floor! But they do seem very troutish, why oh why do staff act as though we're taking cash off them when we use vouchers, if I worked in retail I would be chuffed for customers getting a good deal.
I have emailed them about it, my daughter was very hurt that she is not classed as a customer.;) Bet they'd have took cash off her for the bun she had her beady eye on though!0 -
I work for Greggs and we accepted vouchers off anyone up until our breakfast products had run out which was after 11.00 am, we are happy to take vouchers and even told are regular customers about them. Sorry if you got a bad member of staff but hey we are not all like that.0

Yes they serve them as soon as they open and if there not there they should make you one.0

Haven't tried this yet, but got my eye on the baguette offer tomorrow. Is it one voucher per customer or one sandwich per voucher? I'm asking as I could do the office sarnie run if it is one per voucher, but not the one per customer.0

Depends on the staff I know we do allow more than one voucher per customer, hopefully you will get nice staff.0
