Has anyone got any tips on where to find a cheap Andriod phone with Wi-Fi. i have a phone that work pay the bill on, and want to be able to put my orange sim card into that.

there's a good chance ill break it at some point with me using it at work, so im only after a cheapy, and i've been burned before with faulty phones on ebay.

Semi confused are you going to use your work's sim with the handset?
Anyways on Orange the San Fransisco is very good VFM, I was after an android handset, needed a camera with a flash of some sort, wifi and gps, got myself the htc widlfire for £100 on payg, and must confess very pleased with it, wish I had spotted it before buying my ipod touch :o

sorry, yes its the works sim card, and its on orange.

dont really want to pay 100 pounds for something im very likely to drop from scaffolding/throw in my toolbox and break/get it buried under a tonne of clay :)

    thanks for the tip though.

What's your target price? Orange San Francisco is definitely one of the best cheaper PAYG Androids, but I can understand it's at risk on a building site. Does it have to be Android? There's plenty of non-Android PAYG phones for much less than £100.

Orange have the San Fran for £100 + topup (although quidco have £12 cashback for Orange PAYG). If that's too much, what about the Samsung Galaxy Apollo? Carphonewarehouse have it for £75 + topup (with £5 quidco cashback)? I don't know how good the Apollo is - I don't have an Android, but a few of my work colleagues have the San Fran and rave about it. So you're potentially looking at the OSF for £88, or the Apollo for £70 (both plus topup).

Edit: Just noticed androidpower's links - they look really good value for money.
