Lost mobile phone

I have a payg Orange mobile which I have lost - I have checked everywhere and still havent foudn it so have to say it is lost lost.
I really liked my old number - if I go to an orange shop will I be able to get my old number put onto a new sim if I buy a new phone?
I know I could just change numbers but I have had this one for years and years and years and years so would love to keep it if I could.

Call them on 07973100450 and report the phone lost. They will bar sim, and arrange for a new sim with your number to be issued. They may charge, which i guess they will take from your balance - or go to an Orange retail store.
  • Called them and they will send me a sim and are also sending a basic phone on loyalty as it is quicker than waiting for a new sim (if that isnt a hard sell I dont know what is)
    Thanks thatsean x
