John Lewis have a good name and reputation and give extra warranty on most products, but they are not the cheapest in the market place. Remember we get what we pay for, not just in the quality of the goods, but the level of service received.

The poor old customer has to suffer in the end, because yes they have rights. But boy do some companies make you jump through hoops to get them.

I hear what you say, but at least John Lewis have their price promise. If you find the same product for less, they will refund the difference. You still get the splendid customer service, for the same price.
