Home Buyers Report, what to expect?

Our buyers are having a home buyers report / valuation done on our house on Monday and we're just wondering what to expect?
We havent seen a home buyers report yet (ours was completed today so we won't see it for a few days yet) so we're just wondering what kind of things they will look at?
Also a stupid question but is there anything we can do to help our house? Lol

The surveyor will look at your house!
He'll look at the roof, and everything below it down to the foundations.
You can help yourself by painting over all cracks 6 months ahead of time (to fade the evidence!), renewing the roof tiles, nailing down the floorboards to deny access beneath, getting fitted carpets throughout, using an air conditioner on full blast to dry out the damp (and papering over it with dry paper).
Oh - and make the guy a cup of tea!0 -
Well we don't have any major issues (damn etc) so hopefully we'll be ok
Lol
Oh and we're going to be at work (agent letting him in) so we can't even make him a cup of tea!Green and White Barmy Army!0
