Hi, I purchased a North Face jacket from Go Outdoors in January. The jacket was £70 but using a one day voucher offer I got it for £30. End of May the elastic snapped. I took this back to Go Outdoors, and they have sent it off for repair. I believe North Face have said it is not economical to repair. Where do I stand? Am I…

I suspect he may be unhappy witht he time and effort expended to get this result, in any case though, like others, time aside, I would actually say this is a good thing to see Go Outdoors doing this...as they did only get £30 for the coat, no matter what it may actually be worth in real terms.
