Helloooooooo my potting family
Well I have absolutely nothing to report potting wise, 'himself' emptied my purse for tea money
Its 7 days till my day of doom, or our holiday as others call it :rotfl: totally freaking out about how far ive got to travel, being lifted onto the plane whilst other passengers stare at me. Have sorted the hire car, £210 for the 6 days :eek::eek::eek: someone saw me coming!! But my lovely, never puts herself first, mummy is going to drive us to the airport and then pick us up on the way back from dorset, where shes taking Miss Lily for a holiday. Isn't she the best mum ever :T Plus my dear old dad is taking a key to the house and going to do all the decorating bits that havent got done while we are gone!
Another good bit of news, I have finished DS's christmas completely and have spent a grand total of £2 :rotfl:
Hi jakes-mum
What lovely parents you have bless them. I am sure you will have a lovely time and I am sure the fellow passengers will be watching with envy as you are lifted on to the plane, wishing it was them.:p:p Dont worry about them chick, just think of the well deserved break you both need.
So glad that you have the chance to get away and the car hire pennies will be well spent I am sure.
Looking forward to your report on your return sweetie. Make sure DH doesn't take any more pennies from your purse, you need to be potting to cover your time away:rotfl::rotfl:

Evening my fello potters
Well what a day of rain we have had. I do hope thats it for a few days, I haven't checked the forecast though. If it does continue I hope its all gone by the time I come to my days off which start on Monday.
On the potting front fed Rosie £2 in £1 coins tonight and another £2 coin for the hols pot after buying some cards from a work colleague who gave it to me after handing over a fiver and paying £3 for 5 cards bargain.
Well thats all from me folks, hope you all had good day despite the weather and have a good day tomorrow.

Hello there people in potter's paradise! Just a quickie as it was too darned hot to sleep...but it's too darned late to be up!
Bad luck with the unseen forecast Footie, it's sun and showers through to and including Monday. Not too bad, though where you are it might just be lovely. We need it to clear the air though and it's not much fresher down here tonight.
Thanks for the giggle, DorsetGirl, keep up the good work! :j
You very lucky girl jakes-mum, your folks are gems, absolute gems, treasure them! Not many sleep left til your holiday now then.Don't worry, all will be fine, other folk have problems too, though not always visible.
£2 taken from my purse for an especially hungry pot just now, no nightime gurgles from him/her...never checked to see.
Ah well, off for a quick look round the boards then back to bed and hope to sleep. Have a really good day today folks.

Hi Potters, another £6 ,,had 2 shiny £2 coins and spotted another in dh change,,he told me to leave it so I swiped it and told him already in my pot haha he doesnt mind really.
Last week of work next week then we both have 2 weks off,but still no clue what we are doing,,kitchen nearly finished, waiting for appliances to be installed and tiles to arrive so they can be fitted next week. We will decide if we are having a staycation or taking tent away somewhere. So tired lately I think I would prefer to have fabulous days out with kids and sleep in my own bed! Thinking of going swimming, walks, beach, museums, bowling and maybe have a couple meals out,,if its raining we can all play cards, games, wii and then watch a dvd. Also want to encourage our youngest 2 to ride their bikes,,still havent managed to teach them.
Overheard a nice conversation in wilkos yesterday, lady on till asking customer if she was the one who won a million on lottery 3 weeks ago,,,yes she said!! Now that would make my pot full!!
have a geat weekend ;-)Life happens when you are busy making other plans

Yep my parents are absolute diamonds, im amazed with my dad as he usually has the opinion 'you've all got husbands so its their job to do the house' but since 'himself' got diagnosed with depression it might have brought memories of my mum when we were young back. He loves us all but has a bit of trouble showing it until something happens
I will remember what you said and be giggling at them all staring at me as I get on the plane, nudge 'himself' and point saying 'Footie said their all just jealous cos they got to walk up the stairs, unlike us VIP's' :rotfl:SPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000
