Morning everyone and thank you for the really warm welcome. I couldnt quite believe that my tinny tin is quite heavy now. The family have been putting their coinage in the tin. My lads are 12, 14, and 16 so I,m quite sure that they understand that the selotape round the tin means they wont get it back!! I expect I might pay for their generosity in other ways though!!!! I had simply put a notice on the top of the tin saying "PLEASE FEED ME" and left it on a kitchen worktop......... worked wonders. So glad my kids only like notes lol xx
Have a great day everyone.0 -
About £3 emptied into my pot Friday night, I'm sure there is more I can find to go in today! I went to a festival and gave myself £30 spending money, at one point it looked like that was only going too buy me food for the day but I managed to come home with a £10 note and various coinsThank you competition posters!

Been to booty sale this morning and bought a couple of large pictures that I intend to re-use the frames for my cross-stitching projects (very MSE).

Thanks everyone for being so welcoming!
I have a little jelly bean dispenser in my kitchen - like a bubble gum machine. Any visitors who want a sweetie have to out money in! I've just emptied it, so that's another £2.65 for my jar (although the beans are the posh kind, and probably cost me much more than that to buy!!)August £10/day - £42/£310Sealed pot challenge no. 1382 - target £200 for Christmas!0 -
