Of course you can join us, a66y31. A warm welcome aboard and have fun saving.
You'll find your number at the bottom of the list on post 3 of page 1. Please read through the 1st post as it'll let you know exactly how the challenge works. NB. Please pop your number on your sig, it helps so very much. NB. Pots are emptied on 1st December 2011, thank you.
Good to see you with us a66y464, at the end of the year by all means include what you saved already, after all you thought you'd already joined anyway.
Oh Elmo, I do so hope your washer can be mended, but if it can't - thank goodness you've been saving!
Hi bargainlover, good to see you and well done.
Sue x

Found 2p in the supermarket the other day, but my conscience got the better of me and it went in the charity bucket at the end of the till. If anyone else had found it they probably would've put it in there and losing 2p from my passport fund was worth the good karma
Funny you should mention Sparky's dog Sue, I've been dog walking this weekend and got £5 to show for itI would've done it for free, the dogs are a pleasure to walk and their owners are lovely. Now my main dilemma is whether to put my £5 straight in my pot or whether to wait and put in 5 £1 coins. I cannot shift the image of a £5 note getting crushed under more coins within the next 6 months and then disintergrating (I don't know how likely this is to happen!)
Oh well, while I think about that I'll keep an eye out for more loose change!Thank you competition posters!

Hello and welcome a66y31 enjoy your potting a long way to go till opening day and I am sure you will do just fine:D
Decluttering I am sure with your kindness lots of pennies and more will come your way, that was a lovely gesture and who knows who the 2p will help.
Well fed Rosie £1.95 tonight. Fat club tomorrow so some more coming her way then and here's to some sort of weight loss. I have been focused this week so lets see what happens, anything will do from staying the same to half a pound I'm not greedy
Well thats all from me folks. Sleep well and have a good day tomorrow whatever you are doing.

A few more coins rattled their way in to my work tin this evening, it's nearly full again so no doubt I'll be counting it out fairly soon.
Studying is going slowly - I really need to start working on it somewhere other than at work in my breaks but I think I have three of the five questions done and am happy with them, the other two I have drafts that I'm still not happy with to keep working on before it has to be submitted on Thursday. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
