collected all the lose change found around the house all week and i have put in my box,to start me off,didn't count it though are you supposed to?

Hi dizzybee and I'm so chuffed that you've made your start.

NO, you don't have to count it, you please yourself. Most of us count it roughly, then pot it and forget it. It might sound as though it's impossible to do that, but you will soon enough. Mostly though SPC is all about YOU saving as you wish!

firstly a Big thank you to both sue-uu and sparky for keeping this fabulous thread going and giving us all an incenative to save :T:T

I havent had chance yet to read through many of your posts will read back shortly but some truly amazing results we all deserve a big clap on the back

couldnt wait to get back from my 4 days away to throw the last of my coinage into this years pot before i wrestled the yards of duck tape and parcel tape off it

so my total for my first ever sealed pot challenge is

£582 .76 :j:j:j Whoo hoooo

i am truly amazed and have decided to put the £82.76 into the pot to start me off for the next spc 5


right am off to catch up with all the fantastic results well done one and all

WOW, JD that is totally amazing and so much to be proud of, especially in the FIRST year!!! :T You've done wonderfully in many ways and I'm so proud for you!!! A good idea with sticking some in the pot straight away, you could be tempted to spend it otherwise and what a gret start!!!

Well done everyone and enjoy spending your money.
I have just counted mine and have £220 in ours and £40 in our charity pot. I think I may have joined too late this year for this to count.
I have started for next year and want to save £500.
Thanks to Sue and Co for their hard work.

A massive well done to everyone for some fantastic totals.

My total for SPC4 is £135.75 :j:j:j:j:j:j

I am thrilled to bits as only been saving for 3 months but a bit shy of my over ambitious target of £150.

A massive thank you again to Sue and Sparky for all the hard work they do to encourage us all to save.:T:T:T:T

Target for SPC5 is £300, would prefer it to be nearer to £500 but just found out that hubby is in the pot for possible redundancy.:(
