When I had BT broadband, there were regular problems with it, to the point that I used to keep a note of them. Also, when there were problems I had to speak to a numpty across the world. When my phone line died for 3 days, twice in a couple of weeks, BT internet said it wasn't their problem and I still had to pay for the service during the outage, tough.
With Sky, I have one or two hiccups a year, which is acceptable, and the unlimited service is what it says.
The only issue I have with Sky is that it re-brands my outgoing emails.0
