school trip to London or play?

My daughters school trip to London (she is year 2) is on the same day as her stagecoach play that she has helped to write and has a big part in.

We would not get back from London too late to get to the play.

She has been to London before and seen the sights.

I am torn in what to do, she wants to do the play.

It would be the play for me. If she's experienced the sights of London, she's not really missing out!

I would 100% let her do the play.

    A) she wants to do it
    B) good for her confidence
    c) she's seen London before
    D) Stagecoach costs a fair bit of money and it would be nice to see her on stage!

Shes only yr 2. The play will be far more memorable to her.
  • I would let her do the play too. You can always go to london for the day in the summer holidays if she wants to go.

There you go, it's very educational and opens their minds too! I used to go to Stagecoach and I loved it.
