    If you need it repaired/replaced urgently, telephoning Navigon might be the best bet.
    If you go into Halfords and they agree to do something, all they would probably do it to send it to the manufacturers who in turn would sort it out, send it back to Halfords who would then contact you.

    If it is not an overly expensive model then the manufacturers may well just send you a replacement unit as this would probably be cheaper for them than repairing the old one.
