Sent my 2nd Cashback Claim last friday via their web Site - had an email straight away saying they had received it OK. Day later had an email saying it had been boked in.
Email today saying cheque raised and on way - up to 28 days.
1st Cashback was similar.
All OK with this one.I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -

Thanks guys. It wasn't so much cash back that I was concerned about, its a bonus of course. It was more that it said they'd send the phone etc, then you'd need the port code. I haven't done it like this before (only moved once) so I wondered who dealt with all that - is it direct to Orange or through mobiles.co.uk?
Appreciate the help, quite techie but not a contract person!

I have used them recently and have had no problems, phone delivered with in the 24 hours as advertised, found staff helpful on phone to.0

We've had two phones off them on contract.
Both our old numbers ported ok.
(They will send you the new phone, you get your port number code from your old network, then you can port your old number to your new phone).
Cashback working fine too.0
