    I did it about half an hour ago and it worked fine. Tops up an existing xbox live account and gives you a new renewel date for however many months on top of what you already had left to run.

    I also had that message tinadundee, but i re-opened the link to try again and it worked.

    It did this to me quite a bit. I cleared cookies, and signed in again and it worked. Keep trying:)

    Thanks guys for all your help I'll keep trying. I'm only trying via pay pal do you think it would be ok to just use my Visa and worry about cancelling later on lol. Just got the kinect and xbox last week and addicted to online bowling sad i know but would love to extend my membership for a £1 a month xx

    Add your Visa card, give that a try, then you can remove it as PayPal is still there as another payment method :)

    Hi James sorry to be a pain in the bum, it's only letting me do one month via my visa card which I'm happy about. How do I go about making sure they don't take any money from my paypal or visa account after the month? It's not letting me delete my visa details :( Unsure what I do now, sorry for being so thick and for asking for your help x

    No problem, is your PayPal account still listed on your Xbox Live profile?
    (My Xbox > Accounts > Manage Payment Options)

    If so, then you should just be able to tell them to remove your Visa card :)
