    thanks op just wondering how soon do we cancel the ongoin payment ie can i cancel now and still be left with the month iykwim

    edit i was getting an error report too but checking my paypal account i still had it charged

    You can cancel as soon as the payments have been done, but if you were charged and a month wasn't added I'd say call Microsoft up and see what's gone wrong

    It was technically supposed to be for just that, however my renewal date was some time in 2012 and I was able to renew up to June 2014.

    Although there are a few reports of people being refunded from Microsoft so maybe they've sussed it!

    No problem :) In fairness, it is a mission getting the card removed via phone, luckily my expiry was a few months away anyway so I didn't need to worry about the renewals :)
