    If it goes to dispute ( and buyer wins - agreed , likely outcome) ebay will make you refund price paid AND postage ( but not postage cost to return it to you)

    Agree with Oldone and Phoodless. I reckon they've copied the discs at home and now want you to have them back!

    Hold your nerve and have a look at their feedback as buyers. Have they done it to other sellers?
