    Indeed ... a Desire C does not compare to the Sensation. Vodafone fail again.

    I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the handset you have been supplied with as a replacement.

    As simax has mentioned, we do offer refurbished or return sale handsets as a replacement under the warranty. It should be a like for like replacement if the exact model cannot be supplied.

    I know someone who ordered a brand new iPhone 4S from Vodafone and received a secondhand one that another customer had returned to Vodafone within the distance selling cooling-off period. This was discovered when Apple informed the buyer that the warranty expiry date was much less than one year from the purchase date. Fortunately Vodafone admitted what they had done and replaced it. So with Vodafone, this problem is not confined to replacement phones but also affects supposedly brand new phones.
