Been over to Bury market this morning and bought some fish. My DS1 is going to make us a fish curry which I have never tried before. He is really suffering with awful Hayfever at the moment. We bought some tablets for him to try from the chinese herbalist as we have tried everything the chemist has to offer. Does anybody have any suggestions as its making his life a misery at the moment:(
Not very MSE but if all else fails, get him to the Drs and ask for the super-strength Piriton tablets - they are prescription only, but very good! I'm currently on 2 supermarket antihistamines a day rather than one, despite living at the seaside my hayfever is very bad this year, and I can't find any really local honey either0 -

Going back to yesterdays thread. Those asking about Reynauds. I used to have it really badly but was recommended Ginko Biloba 100mg. Since starting to take that it has improved drastically. DH was very sceptical (a surgeon who doesn't really get the alternative rememdies thins) but even he agrees its made a huge difference.
