orange vs three

orange everytime, 3 service is badDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

If you call being voted data network of the year at the recent mobile magazine awards
being ranked no 1 by yougov for smartphones, no 1 for mobile broadband and no 1 for customer satisfaction by iPhone users themselves then yeah they are rubbish
maybe you would care to back up your sweeping generalisation with facts...
or tell me which orange store you work in
oh and btw 3 sell more iPhones in the UK than any other network
Better advice to the OP would be order some free PAYG sims and try out for yourself, dont forget to test for 3G coverage and download speeds too rather than just 'network coverage'0 -
I Agree with kingofherts
i have been with 3 for about 2yrs i live in essex and 3 are the best for 3g internet round here i also have an orange sim only plane the internet is terrible but i have a good deal with orange so i use it just for calls
the best advise is like kingofherts said get a 3 sim and try it out in your area...its better to be safe then sorry...
you can order a free sim card off of 3s website.Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.0 -
I agree with the two posts just above, 3 are far better than orange.0

I'd say my coverage on Three is fine outdoors but indoors it can drop out. 3G coverage out and about is second to none. My only gripe is the poor call centre service. They are foreign and seem to have a set 'script' to run to. Trying to change a direct debit date was seemingly impossible. In the end I cancelled that and paid by credit card. I'll set another up in a few days.
One thing that is great is the unlimited data. Using the iPhone as a personal hotspot with your laptop or tablet is a breeze and very handy.0 -
Went with Three last November on an iPhone 4, and they are no better and no worse for voice than anyone else, where I find they are better at times is for data than O2 who I left.0

I was with them for 6 years, customer service is poor and network drops a lot of callsDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Based on what facts? FWIW, I think Vodafone are better than all the others put together.I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -

I'd also agree, certainly where I stay I've recently seen vodafone engineers installing more lampost street masts which tells me there investing in their network.
After Vodafone I'd say T-Mobile has the better coverage in my area, I'm with Orange and notice that my phone logs onto the T Mobile network more often0 -
