Does anyone know if download manager programs monitor the internet usage of the pc it is installed upon or all pcs using the same internet connection?

Is the one I use, probably better than Netmeter.
Under 'Settings' then 'Advanced' there is an option to 'synchronize usage data with other Networx instances', however I've never used this option, so cannot comment on it.Move along, nothing to see.0 -
