Dust your hands in icing sugar.

The freezer sounded like a good idea to me, as well. I always like balls straight out of the freezer......:DEx board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0

I'll give it 10 mins or so in the freezer and then have another go. I can't help thinking it shouldn't be this difficult? If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0

Maybe lightly oiling your hands would help with the stickiness
Or you could invite one of the ladies on this thread over to help you with this part - I'm sure they'd oblige

Perhaps the 3rd spoonful of rum was a bad idea after all. But all is not lost - you can always add more of the other stuff....:D - how did you measure your half cup of crumbs (because cups can be deceptive and pretend to you that the halfway mark is in the wrong place, in my experience).Ex board guide. I make coffee kisses and the mixture is stickey to roll into balls.
Its best to dust your hands and roll as quick as you can.
The less time the[STRIKE] balls [/STRIKE]mixtures in your hands the less stickey it gets.:rotfl:

Eh? Are you following this thread JM? It's the white chocolate and cardomom truffles I'm making now. :rotfl:If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
