    Yes, they need to be kept at a lower temperature for best results. :D

    Ok...this isn't working! I have chilled my hands and attempted to roll my balls in them, but it's too sticky and just covers my hands in truffle mixture. Any tips on how I can do this? :confused:

    How about I put the mixture in the freezer for a bit?
