Woodburner Aarrow Evolution 18

Hi, i've been offered an Aarrow Evolution 18 but know little about this stove. Does anyone know what the heat output is and the flue size as it's quite a distance from where I live.
Thanks

  • If its the EV18F the output is 15kW (room heat only), that is one big burner. I've got the 11kW one and it cooks the lounge/dining room which is about 20ftx25ft combined and the heat drifts nicely through the rest of the house.

Its very nice, a good make and solid. Is it a version with the DHW boiler option?

If you need to know any more details I have the tech manual here.

Hint, if you burn wood only in it, stick a metal plate on the grate covering about 75% of it, as wood prefers an overdraught and the grate gaps are still there even with it in the wood position.

i've got an aarrow with a back boiler works ok
i've also got an oil boiler on the same circuit
the aarrow is ok to take the chill off the radiators, but i need the oil bioler to heat the house
i've got 14 radiators some are doubles, so you can see aarrow will only take chill off

Well it does depend on the model you have, if its the EV7F then the max o/p to rads is about 3kW, if its the EV18F as the OP posted then the max o/p to the rads (if back boiler fitted) is about 12kW.

If the OP doesn't want this woodburner, where it it in the country? Anywhere near Dorset and whats the asking price? I know someone who might be interested in it.
