Hi, Thank you all for your suggestions, i will try and follow your instuctions and see how i get on, as i say, it doesn't come easy to me, i did get on the permissions file, instructions through IE but not sure, how to do it, will look into it more later, got to go and make Husbands supper now as he is due home from work soon, Thank you all for your help and patience with me.0

Hi just to let you know we have managed to uninstall/reinstall following these instructions.1. From CCleaner, tools,uninstall
2. Single left click to highlight firefox, then click run uninstaller.
3. A popupbox for the firefox uninstaller will appear. follow the prompts to uninstall
when it asks do you want to keep firefox data say no.
4. Use Ccleaner to clean the registry and remove left over components.
5 restart computer
6. Reinstall Firefox
Still have a few problems, the cursor is still going around as if page not loaded properly, but guess we can live with that. Thanks everyone for your help much appreciated.0
