Hi, i feel out of my depths in this section, im not very techically minded when it comes to mobiles, computers ect, so if you can help me out, please use as little Jargon as possible!
Thanks
I need to get my blackberry unlocked, its currently on T mobile, the great deal i bought the phone with has now run out, and i find their costs are very expensive in comparison to other options out there on other networks.
Its PAYG, not contract.
What would be the best way to get it unlocked? is it simple enough to do it myself, or would i be better taking it to a "unlocking shop"?
Can i damage the phone if i try and do it myself?
Thanks

I paid about £1.80 (via paypal so you don't have to put your CC details in) to get the code within 20 mins and can confirm it worked
I know I could have got it for free, but I was originally quoted £15 so a £13.20 saving is good enough for me
Thanks

I spoke to Vodafone re: using a Beeline SIM when I was in Belarus for work last year, they gave me a code immediately after taking the IMEI number (which they'll talk you through when you phone the network)
I don't know if all operators have the same policy, however if you don't try, you don't get.💙💛 💔0
