CaxtonFX Card - in credit returned from holiday

Hi
I went on holiday to the USA and found the CaxtonFX card to be really good (apart from being able to keep an up-to-date check on balance).
I've returned from holiday and my card is in credit by $300 - It's a Dollar card.
I'm planning on going for a holiday to Canada next - at the end of the year. Is there any way of converting the money on this card to Canadian dollars? Or do I have to get the Global card?
Perhaps it's best to go for another card entirely?
Should I withdraw the cash back in the UK? I think it's a 2.5% fee of the transaction + £1.50 ATM fee.
Thanks for your advice

I'm pretty sure you can use your $US card in Canada - for a 2.5 % fee. Probably cheaper than the double exchange to get £ now and $CAN later
Travelex offer a $CAN card as do Thos Cook - Caxton Fx don't0
