It is.. surprisingly hard to find something with a double bed in Benidorm.

Nah not going to bother with teletext. The prices of booking the flights direct and getting a hotel from hotels4u or from travelrepublic are reasonable enough.

I found this one (Malaga, not Benidorm). It says Room Type: Double/Twin Room Non Refundable

By Double/Twin does it mean we can choose between them or is it just twin? If it is then there's a double only available on a different website for like a tenner more.

Looking at the hotel's website - it appears that the majority of their rooms have king size beds...the only reference to twin beds is in the family room. Have you checked prices with the hotel directly? They appear to have a best rate guarantee.

Ryanair+Hotels4u is a combination I've used a few times and it usually beats the teletext holidays deals for the same flight+hotel booking.
Ryanair prices are 10kgs hand luggage each only of course, potential card fees on top unless you use prepaid mastercard - then transfer to resort costs to consider.
