Holiday suggestions for me and my girlfriend

Hey everyone. My girlfriend and I are looking to go away somewhere for a few days, maybe four or five nights. We know we need to go around the 11th or 12th of July. We don't really mind the destination so much as long as it's somewhere hot, preferably near a beach or somewhere we can swim (So Spain, canary islands, greece etc all fine). We're students so we're not looking to spend too much - best i've found so far is four nights in Alicante for £166 per person, including flights. Does anyone have any suggestions or can find us any better deals?

Was the Alicante hotel in Benidorm or Alicante itself?
Where would you like to fly from?

Would like to fly from London, any London airport is fine. I personally love Turkey but my girlfriend doesn't want to go there.
The Alicante hotel was in Benidorm. I found it on teletext holidays but when I rang up just now to get some more information the guy on the phone was really sarcastic and rude..0 -
Try them again and you might get someone better!
Let me know the hotel and i may be able to help as just got back from there today!
I'll see if i can find anything similar

I wanted to find out about if the room had a double bed and if transfer from the airport was included or not.0 -
It's twin beds.
If you can't get any sense out of them you can do it for about £175 each if you book the flight direct with Easy Jet and then the hotel through Hotels4U. They will also be able to sort out a transfer, although i am pretty sure that the shuttle bus is only around 8 Euros per person. Could take a while though depending on where it stops first...
They also have the Residencial Bristol Hotel which is in a great location near the old town and the beach. The Caseta would mean a nice 800m stroll down to the beach but remember you will have to walk back up the gentle incline on the way back!:beer:0 -
Could you link me to the Residencial Bristol Hotel? Can't seem to find it. Would really have preferred something with a double bed. Thanks very much though, you've been a great help.0

I prefer Australia. Sydney, Perth or Melbourne such a nice place to have vacation.0
