you can only book online if you have a priority ref number

if not,then you have to send off the tokens

call them : You can call them on 0844 543 9743 and they'll look you up using your name, post code and first line of your address. They'll give you a priority code over the phone.

Not at all.

I waiting for someone to answer my question (on the prioity codes list forum) on whether or not I'd forfeit future priority forms if I donate the code I have received this time.
