I used to get two priority forms for two to three years after I booked a couple of holidays (through post and paper codes) and then I gave away one of the codes to someone in 2009 and since then I have only received one priority form even though I booked two holidays last year. However I have heard that you can phone up and request a priority form if you don't receive one through the post.

in theory you shouldn't do .... but you can always email / call them if you don't get one the next time round
