Should be able to do so. We've always had to book for the minimum 4 adults, despite never actually going as 4 adults (either 2 or 3 adults plus child). I wait until the invoice arrives and then phone them to negotiate actual requirements (e.g. only 2 adult passes but then add travel cot hire etc).:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

thankyou that sounds ok, is the supplement per caravan or per person do you know? we have to do this as cheaply as possible lol and its good to see there is microwaves in the vans now as we will take most of our own food0

My invoice was dated 17th July -pay within 7 days. I called today -took ages to get through-and paid the balance. My invoice was asking for 19 more than it should have been but when I git through the balance they asked for was exactly right-45.50 for supplement anf £15 for equipment damage waiver which I my happy to pay as one year my dd accidently smashed the caravan door when the wind caught it -I was so glad we had the insurance.
Has anyone added extra niggts at Duinrell? I forgot to ask the cost and it took so long to get through0 -
Panic over! I rang them first thing yesterday morning and the really nice lady at the other end (I wish I got her name) told me not to panic and it hadn't been cancelled. Yey!
I can understand why they have the 7 day window though - must be a nightmare getting some people to pay!0 -
How long did it take for people to hear back about their booking as sent mine in 2 weeks ago and heard nothing0
