    some companies will email confirmation,but you should get a paper copy in the mail too

    I called 0844 543 9743 and they were happy to confirm my booking to me!
    If my words are missing letters then please excuse me....my keyboard is a tad dodgy!!

    Anyone got any experience of receiving a late invoice? I booked online using a priority code and have been expecting an email with the balance to pay - but today an invoice was waiting on the doormat when I got back from work...dated 19th July :eek:

    I can't phone them until tomorrow, but I'm now really worried they'll have given my allocation to someone else - despite the fact it's not my fault. And I've booked transport and everything (it's the campsite outside of paris)

    I suppose I should have questioned the delay, but as I know they have large volumes of bookings to process, I wasn't worrying. I don't think I'm going to get much sleep tonight.

    Does anyone know when you have to pay the full balance by? Ive tried finding the answer but had no success. Thankyou in advance.

    Hi everyone,

    Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else

    We phoned haven this morning to pay the gas/electric fee etc, and said we wouldn't be able to buy the passes till next week.
    The lady said that was fine and by the way it will be cheaper as we were down for three full passes, not two.
    She explained we only need two as my son is only three, and doesn't need one.

    Just wondering if they just put all the people on the booking form as needing one each, and not taking ages into account.

    We have our break with Haven and pay by date is written on the bottom of the page, after all the break down of costs x

    I recieved a letter on saturday saying it had to be paid by the 1st August:eek:

    I think ours has to be paid by then as we are booked to go away on the 26th september. We have just paid the elec/gas fees etc and said we would ring back to buy the passes.
