It can take a few day's to show in your account. Not really sure why!! that goes for any kind of online/debit transaction really.

check on the parks website Haven,Park resorts or whatever you have booked / are looking at

I have looked earlier and can't seem to find anything.

There is nothing listed as 'luxury' I might give haven a ring and ask them its primrose valley haven.
