    atleast you got to look and choose not to. they didnt even remember me! :( and their lines are only open mon-fri 9-5!

    how come there is a £6+ service charge per night and then the entertainment pass on top too? i suppose if you didnt want to sit in the club house all night you wouldnt need it? or do you need one for the pool and kiddies areas? thanks
    it makes it not so cheap with 2 of us having to pay for 4 people as it is

    Yes, you generally need the entertainment pass to get to the pool complex & entertainment places.

    But you could always opt not to buy the passes now, and then get them on arrival.

    Looking at butlins and there is an option to select half board but the supplement isn't being added, when you get to the booking part it just says £9.50 per person half board - but surely this isn't the whole price?

    it mahy be cheaper for you to book direct with the site ! price it up

    you pay the rest when they invoice you i think ?
