    Hey guys.

It's a shame about the Wrights coupons, I didn't get any purely because i still have 2 from the 30p voucher and did want to get more until I had used them, ah well easy come easy go, onto another coupon.

Lyndsey you got any tips for mission control? I only have 3 stickers and 2 coupons

Hiya all. Been a bit busy today with the parade. Was supposed to go for a picnic with ds but he told school he was hot dinners and missed out. Ended up in the park with mam, dad and sis who had watched the parade.

Spent about £15 at Morrisons on various bits and pieces, mainly fresh stuff. Bought a rack of ribs though to make something nice. Having meatballs and spaghetti for tea tonight.

The drive down to morrisons was ridiculous. The queue for petrol was huge! Wouldn't mind but there will be a 7 day notice for any strike action anyway.

Still got bleeding headache grrr. Mam's told me to get my eyes checked. Might do it anyway as it's a while since I had them done.

Sofiaki, sounds a very lush breakfast you had. Love piri piri too, thinking of going to Nandos for ds' birthday.

Welcome back gailey - good to see you again.

cheerfulness4 - agree about the wright's coupon, seems a big error for a company to make. There were very little T&Cs on the voucher itself.
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Hi all.
Found a place where internet is decent!!!
Weather has changed today after clear skies and looking "iffy" tomorrow, last full day.
Shame about the Wright's coupon, just been reading and pretty bad of them not to accept any blame - it was a silly coupon, a bit like the Campbell's one and hope the MS Society don't lose out. I'll check when I get home, but never saw anything regarding a charity!!!

ms_night_ryder - you need to post or reply 5 times on each topic, add anything to your "to do's" list and thank lots of posts - you should get 25+ easily.

Ate out on Tuesday for only 8 euros per head and that was for cover, soup, chicken with mushrooms in a sauce, mixed grill for hubby and two desserts. Drinks included, 1/2 litre of house red (ok) and a coke - 16 euros total. lol
    Hubby fancies piri piri tonight.

    Catch up later.

  • Evening,

Lyndsey nice to 'see' you :)

Toast for breakfast, dd had cereal
    no lunch
chicken pie, sweetcorn & mash for dinner

Exciting news... bed company rang they have an earlier slot available so my bed will be here on MONDAY!!!!
That's only 4 more horrible sleeps, yay! I'm so easily pleased lol

Lipstick will defo let u no how it goes :)

All this petrol nonsense is crazy!!
I work opposite a petrol station and omg it was madness today, seriously if there is going to be a strike they give 7 days notice so there's really no need to panic!

On a lighter note I really need milk so will pop 2 morrisons in about an hour, mum is popping over so she can stay with dd, hopefully grab a whoopsie or 3 :)

    Have a lovely evening all

tonight was salmon with sweet chilli (reduced from tesco deli then frozen) served with mushroom and garlic couscous (approved foods 10p per pack) and ratatouille (tinned standby 49p). was very nice thanks!

kids had spaghetti (xl pack from lidl) with frankfurters (30% off from lidl and half gone in freezer) and petit pois (aldi) and cheese toms basil dolmio sauce (approved foods) to top it off. nom!

NSD today :)(oh apart from stupid fuel that took me all day to finally get half a tank cos I was driving on fumes and all these people are believing the government (???) and panic buying... rant over)

Good news on the bed Brighteyes. ;)

ms-night-ryder - The first thing I did was write 5 things on my to do list and then cross them off as I did. Immediate sticker.

Then I systematically wrote tips for each subject, 5 as lynsey said, and favourited other peoples posts as I went. I'm not sure how it works but others seemed to notice and returned the favour and that got me more stickers.

I asked a question - that got me another.
For some stickers I'm not quite sure why I got them, they just popped up, but I have 31 now. :)

Out of sliced bread so pulled from freezer some lovely bakery rolls I got reduced one evening and will have one with marmalade for brekkies. DH took a couple to work with him for lunch.

Noticed a bowl of pate in the freezer from xmas reductions so will take that out and have some for lunch myself. That will also make some treat breakfasts as I love pate on toast for an indulgent brekkies.

Tea tonight is takeaway treat. Not sure which but shall really look forward to that. :)

Not much shopping needed but run out of eggs and need to restock milk and a sliced loaf.

Fancy a coupon flurry tonight. Can't seem to find time to get near to the supers I want, always some phone call that ruins it. :(

    Morning all.
Need to do some tidying up and washing today although I'd prefer to be in the park again! No idea what I'm having for dinner, maybe soup. Promised ds we'd have fish and chips for tea tonight but I've the pork ribs that I bought yesterday that will need using up. Maybe I'll cut them in half and have them tomorrow.

Need to take back the bedding I bought this weekend as it's just too dark. There was a lovely version in Pearl but it's only going to be reduced by 50% so it'd make it over £100 which is far too expensive for me lol.

Don't have any bread, should make some today. Also need eggs.

    Still got bleeding headache.

Edit - forgot to say 'Ello Lynsey!', Also gailey, smart idea with the pizza base!
