    Thanks guys.

Alwayshappy - Yep it was mediocre food for the price, and it's all the same really. Can't say we had many treats as in cakes and buns, we had one in fact as we weren't very hungry despite all the activity. Didn't eat Saturday night or Sunday morning as we were up late, ds still barely ate his dinner too. Earl of Sandwich did nice salads though for 5.50 euros.

Brighteyes - Yeah it was expensive, glad I've only the one, and I'm glad he's a boy! I bet with all the princess stuff it gets a lot dearer lol. But I wanted him to have a fab time and it was virtually perfect, so yeah why not. :)

Overdid the ice cream plus cream combo.. totally grumbling stomach now :(

Do you know if that Lidl chocolate is 90% cocoa stuff Lynsey ? I'm finding it difficult to find Lindt 90% here (14g carbs in the whole 100g bar). My local Tesco Express and Co-op have both stopped stocking it. :(

Edwardia - this offer is just for the milk chocolate with hazelnuts:
    UK_05446_05_b.jpg

Only 22p per 100g bar and possibly nicest and smoothest of all the stores "cheapie" chocolate.
I'm not too sure what % of cocoa their better stuff is at the top end, though I'm sure I've seen 80% stuff.
I'm a milk chocolate fan, but my son like the "quality" stuff.

Early bird again today, been too active at the minute and will be for the next few weeks!!!

Asda hot cross buns "whoopsies" were very dry..................waste of "money". lol
    H
I'll have some toasted this morning and the rest for the birds.................they don't seem to mind!!

Please, please, please save this coupon as it's available until 31/12/12 and can be printed as many times as you want. :j

80p off Wright's bread and cakes mixes and some of these will be FREE, yes FREE, as some are selling for 80p or less. :money:

This file will probably disappear soon, hence the need to save it - what a fantastic coupon. :D

    Coupon is HERE

    Morning all

Not looking forward to the school run, ds is in a right mood.

Blinking Easter Parade this week and I've not had chance to make a bonnet! Arghhhh. Can't be !!!!!d with doing that, with all the washing etc I've got to do, plus it's an added expensive for what amounts to a ten minute walk.

Fridge is empty. Have 3 potatoes and a few mushrooms lurking in it. I need to meal plan so I don't waste money on things I don't need as I'm going to be watching the pennies these next two weeks.

Think tonight I will use up the crappy fish cakes in the freezer and have them with beans. Will visit the greengrocer and get a few things like tomatoes.

Edwardia - he was a nice Captain Jack... but he didn't do the walk. :(

Lynsey - thanks a lot for the coupon, will hopefully make use of my breadmaker lol

Kirri - sorry to read about your insurance difficulties, hope you find something soon.

ok - i need to be in on this one.....

We are both self employed and the time from xmas to spring is always difficult - at the moment we are busy working but will not get paid for a few months...

so we have full freezers and pantry so are eating from them.

We go on holiday April 9th to Haven for a week, so i want to not do proper shop until then when i menu plan / shop for our week away..

so i have 2 full freezers but have been eating out of the freezer for a week so all the easy obvious meals have gone ie all the roasting joints, chops, chicken fillets etc... now i have left all the bits i have been avoiding as either its a lot of work or i dont know what to do with them...
