WP - sounds like you have a LOT of stuff! Once it's used will you keep less in stock?

    Nothing in/out of freezer.

Breakfast - banana (workmen here early so missed getting in kitchen first..)
Lunch - toast and hm jam and last bit of cake - was quite hungry by then and needed sugar hit :o
Dinner - pearl barley and paella rice 'risotto' with courgettes again. I could only access half the hob so had to be something easy!

I have rubble in my cupboards and thick dust on everything, all needs to come out and be washed :(

Amongst all that I ran out of bread so got 2 loaves of fruit bread rising at the moment - finished off 1 bag of vine fruit and 1 pot of peel. Added in some bran/linseed - putting it in all baking now to make sure I use it.
  • I like to keep a good stock of Food you never know when disaster will strike but maybe just half the amount I have.I buy when a good deal and on offer of things we like.

In to freezer - bag of Self Raising Flour.
Out of freezer - bag of Plain Flour + HM Quiche + Pastie.
Had a low spend week - great - need to spend nearly £12 on a tin of undercoat - Monday. I use my LO GC budget for such extras.
For dinner we had HM wedges + sausage roll, poached egg + roasted veggies.
I also made an All in One Cake - filling of chocolate spread. The filling was stiff so I added some icing sugar + milk.

Breakfast - toasted hm bread (end of loaf) and jam & OJ
Lunch - toasted hm fruit bread, pear, banana, apple, biscuits
Dinner - pesto pasta with HG french beans

In freezer - last night, 1 hm fruit bread

Got some HG dried borlotti beans soaking overnight (used up 1 jar) - going to try the pesto bean burgers recipe before I run out of pesto.. recipe requires 50g breadcrumbs but I have no normal bread, anyone know if 50g flour would work instead??

I've never bothered putting breadcrumbs or flour in when I've made beanburgers, although they do tend to fall apart a bit when I cook them!

If you think it needs something in then I would have thought some flour would be fine.
