These people pee me off, and I am not even one of their customers.

I get at least one letter a week addressed to my house but just with the occupier as the addressee, trying to flog their services. I always just put return to sender on them.

We are with Sky, even though they are a bit expensive, I find their c/s excellent.

Not to mention the unaddressed ones that comes with all the other junk leaflets my postie drops through.

Funny that, we were a Sky TV/Phone/Internet customer and found the customer service absolutely abysmal. Virgin (and prior to that Telewest/Blueyonder) I've always found to be excellent, so we switched to them at the first opportunity after dumping Sky, now Sky won't stop hounding us with junk mail and phone calls (not to mention those annoying people in shopping centres)

We upgraded to their 30mbps broadband last week and it is great when it works; the super hub keeps 'freezing'.

I called their technical line in Calcutta* and he confirmed it wasn't outside the house so I've got an engineer coming Friday (could have been earlier this week, but I wouldn't be in).

That's going the right way in terms of service. :)

I've been calling them weekly for about 6 weeks, desperately trying to get an installation. Still no luck.
I'm repeatedly told an engineer will call me within 1 week to arrange a date to hook my house up to the exchange, but no call ever comes :(
