    It was Thorntons Customer Service Rep who mentioned Chilled Van. I didn't make that up!

    I was just annoyed at having to sit in for a 2nd day only for the same delivery guy to turn up and at the same time!

    I'll check my emails again tomorrow to see if they've replied.

    I found Thorntons Customer Services very easy to deal with, even though the call took over 15 minutes - maybe they didn't understand an irate Glasgow mum!
