Who are Sense Investments?

Hi all new here. I am looking to buy a property and came across this company called Sense Investments?
Anyone heard of them or had dealings with them?
They say they will give me 25% off the price of the house and pay my 25% deposit for me? They want £5000 upfront though.
Is it me or does this just sound like a scam?
Are Sense Investments a scam? Someone told me this type of transaction was mortgage fraud and now illegal? Help....I am confused.com

So they take 25% off the value of the house and give you a further 25% plus a £5k backhander. Effectively halving the cost of the house.
Sounds dodgy if you ask me!0 -

You actually need to ask?
I can do better than that. Send me just £2000 and I'll buy the property of your dreams with 35% off!0
