    Thanks guys.

It just topped off my evening after my OH was being helpful & put washing in. He was putting it on the airer when he then sheepisly said sorry, I asked what for, to only be told my 2 week old weight watcher pedometer he had washed.

Thank you Stclair I am quite pleased with myself if I do say so, gone from a size 26 to currently a 16.

You should be thats a great achievement :T

Often these kinds of charges/sanctions are there in the terms so they *could* be used, to reduce mickey-takers. If you're a decent customer, they would be silly to lose you for the sake of £3, and they know it.

You got each dress in 2 sizes - were they 16 and 26 hehe? Congrats on having the willpower - I find a few kilos tough, so hats off to you! Luckily you can get (non-branded) pedometers VERY cheaply (like a couple of quid - try sportsdirect and the ilk) if you need one!

Yes, the terms *could* be used however they choose to interpret them ..... but if you'd simply notified them you wished to return the item within the 7 day DSR window then the 14 days is irrelevant & you'd be on a more certain standing.
