That old chestnut, so many deaths. It sounds as though she's going to pay you to send it back, I'd find out when she's returning & send it back to her after she gets home. Or ask her whether she's happy for you to bung it in the wash & if the marks come out, fine if not then return for a full refund.0

The seller just needs to log into paypal and press the refund buyer button, really easy to do.
