The chances are you won't get the money back into your account in time to buy something else, by the time you transfer it to your bank account for Saturday. If the seller doesn't have the money in paypal it can take a week ish to get into your paypal account.
The seller may be away over the weekend, if she doesn't respond tomorrow you could request her contact details from ebay & call her.

Has the seller replied? The fastest way would be without a case. However, unless it was incredibly cheap I cannot see a seller refunding until you send it back.

It was £39 (incl. shipping) which is why im more !!!!ed off. I emailed her on friday or saturday, but no reply yet
  • is it possible to gets the marks out by washing it/dry cleaning it so u can wear it n negotiate a partial refund with the seller?? you have to be careful tho as you could lose the case if the seller claims refuses to part refund and disputes to refund at all as you have "tampered" with it (ive seen it happen) just i thought tho...

yeah, thats what i was thinking...I mean I'm not sure if the seller washed it before she sent...I dont mind washing it, but then she can claim maybe that I made the marks or something? IDK... :(

If you emailed (through ebay?) Friday or Saturday, the seller should have had enough time to reply. Give them until this evening, then open a case with paypal.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Paypal claims are more clear cut, however you won't get the money back in time to buy another one for Saturday, as the seller will get days, 10 spring to mind to reply.

Just had a reply, she's had a bereavement in the family, so she's not at her house right now. She staying at some place to sort out the funeral.

She asks that I NOT send it recorded delivery as she wont be in, so I told her I cant send it then, I know I need proof for paypal...UGH. She wants my email address to send me the money to return it *confused*
